摘　　要：目的探讨功能性鼻内镜鼻窦手术(functional endoscopic sinus surgery,FESS)对慢性鼻窦炎男性患者鼻音的影响。方法60例行全组鼻窦开放术的慢性鼻窦炎男性患者(FESS组)分别在术前2天内、术后2周、术后3月通过鼻流计检测方法,客观评估其鼻腔共鸣功能;并以60例正常成人为对照组、比较两组结果。结果FESS组术前、术后2周及术后3月非鼻音句的鼻音率与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);FESS组术前口鼻音句、鼻音句的鼻音率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后2周时,FESS组鼻音率较术前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但仍低于对照组(P<0.05);术后3月时,FESS组口鼻音句及鼻音句的鼻音率较术后2周升高(P<0.05),与对照组比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论慢性鼻窦炎男性患者的鼻音功能低下,FESS手术能改善其鼻腔共鸣功能。Objective To investigate the influence of functional endoscopic sinus surgery(FESS)on nasalance in male patients with chronic rhinosinusitis.Methods The 60 chronic rhinosinusitis(CRS)male patients were enrolled.The nasalance scores for oral,oro-nasal,and nasal sentences were measured by Nasometer before and at 2 weeks and 3 months after FESS.We used 60 healthy adults as control subjects.All the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS19.0.Results The nasalance scores of the oral sentence in the FESS group were not significantly different from that in the control group(P>0.05).The nasalance scores of oro-nasal,and nasal sentences in the FESS group preoperatively was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 2 weeks after FESS,the nasalance scores was significantly improved(P<0.05),but still lower than that of the healthy subjects(P<0.05).At 3 months after FESS,the nasalance scores of oro-nasal,and nasal sentences in the FESS group were further increased to the mean scores of the healthy subjects.Conclusion The nasalance scores in male patients with chronic rhinosinusitis were lower than that in the healthy subjects.FESS can improve their nasal resonance function.
