摘　　要：目的探讨追踪方法学在消毒供应中心新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)防护物资管理中的应用。方法对消毒供应中心新型冠状病毒肺炎防护物资进行个案追踪和系统追踪,并对追踪过程中存在的问题制定改进措施,实施科学、高效的管理。比较采用该方法前后的效果。结果应用追踪方法学理论指导应急情况下防护物资管理后,临床科室防护用品培训考核合格率、防护物品使用正确率均明显提高,临床科室对防护物资发放流程满意度也较之前改善明显,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消毒供应中心在防护物资管理中,运用追踪方法学发现问题、制定解决方案,有利于医院在应急情况下对防护物资进行有效管理,提高了管理效率和质量,保证了防护物品的规范有效使用。Objective To explore the application of tracking methodology in the management of COVID-19 protective materials in the disinfection supply centers.Methods Case tracking and systematic tracking in COVID-19 protective materials in the disinfection supply center were carried out and countermeasures were formulated targeting the existing problems in the tracking process.Sciencebased and efficient management was implemented.The effects before and after using this method were compared.Results After applying the tracking methodology to guide the management of protective materials,the pass rates of training and the correct use of protective materials in clinical departments were significantly improved and the satisfaction of clinical departments with the distribution process of protective materials was also markedly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of protective materials,the disinfection supply center used tracking methodology to find problems and develop solutions,which facilitates the effective management of protective materials under emergency situations,improves management efficiency and quality,and ensures the standardized and effective use of protective materials.
