摘　　要：目的编制评估新型冠状病毒个人防护信念的量表工具,检测其信度与效度。方法以保护动机理论为基础设计量表,通过网络调查平台问卷星对国内18岁以上社区居民进行调查,回收有效问卷613份。结果成功编制《新型冠状病毒个人防护信念量表》;该量表有19个条目,包括“威胁感知”“回报感知”“效能评价”“反应代价”和“恐惧”5个因子;五因子结构模型解释了总变异的71.93%,拟合情况更好(CFI=0.950,NNFI=0.937,SRMR=0.056,RMSEA=0.070);总量表Cronbachα系数为0.883,五因子系数介于0.512~0.966。结论基于保护动机理论编制的《新型冠状病毒个人防护信念量表》有较高的信度和效度,有助于评估社区居民对于新型冠状病毒的个人防护信念。Objective To develop a scale for assessing the personal protection beliefs about coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),and to test its reliability and validity.Methods The scale was developed based on the protection motivation theory.A total of 613 residents aged≥18 years old were surveyed via online platform,and 613 valid questionnaires were collected.Results The Personal Protection Belief Scale for COVID-19 was successfully developed.The scale was composed of 19 items,including five factors(perceived threat,perceived rewards,efficacy,response costs and fear),which accounted for 71.93%of the total variance.The five-factor structure of the scale provided a good fit to sample data(CFI=0.950,NNFI=0.937,SRMR=0.056,RMSEA=0.070).The Cronbach’sαcoefficient of the total scale was 0.883,and the coefficients of the five factors ranged from 0.512 to 0.966.Conclusion The Personal Protection Belief Scale for COVID-19 based on the protection motivation theory has good reliability and validity and can be used to assess the residents’protection beliefs about COVID-19.
