摘　　要：骨质疏松症(OP)是一种多发于绝经后妇女的骨代谢性疾病,因其易导致骨质疏松性骨折严重影响患者的生活质量而受到广泛重视。成骨细胞介导的骨生成与破骨细胞介导的骨吸收之间的失衡是OP的重要成因。长非编码RNA(LncRNA)在表观遗传、转录等水平参与调控成骨细胞和破骨细胞的分化与功能等过程,影响OP的发生发展。本文对LncRNA调节成骨和破骨细胞的分化及功能的作用进行综述,旨在为OP的防治提供新的思路。Osteoporosis(OP),a commonly metabolic bone disease in post-menopausal women,is attached great attention worldwide because OP may lead to osteoporotic fracture that seriously affect the life quality of patients.The imbalance between osteoblast-mediated bone formation and osteoclast-mediated bone resorption is an important cause of OP.A large number of studies have shown that long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)participates in regulating the differentiation and function of osteoblasts and osteoclasts at levels of epigenetics and transcription,and affects the occurrence and development of OP.In this paper,the role of lncRNA in regulating the differentiation and function of osteoblasts and osteoclasts is reviewed,with the aim of providing new ideas for the prevention and treatment of OP.
