摘  要:目的分析血清可溶性凝集素样氧化型低密度脂蛋白受体1(sLOX-1)、锌指蛋白A20水平与冠心病严重程度的关系。方法选取我院2018年2月~2019年12月收治的126例冠心病患者作为冠心病组,选取同期健康体检者50例作为对照组;采集2组研究对象的外周血,酶联免疫吸附法测定血清sLOX-1、锌指蛋白A20水平。结果冠心病组血清sLOX-1、锌指蛋白A20信使核糖核酸(mRNA)表达水平均高于对照组[(1652.63±246.82)ng/L vs(652.48±114.05)ng/L,0.20±0.03 vs 0.06±0.02,P<0.01]。与单支病变比较,双支病变、多支病变患者血清sLOX-1、锌指蛋白A20 mRNA表达水平均显著增高,多支病变高于双支病变,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);ACS患者血清sLOX-1、锌指蛋白A20 mRNA表达水平高于稳定性心绞痛患者(P<0.01)。logistic回归分析显示,血清sLOX-1、锌指蛋白A20水平与冠心病严重程度呈正相关(OR=2.368,95%CI:1.002~5.439,P=0.024;OR=2.126,95%CI:0.985~4.813,P=0.036)。结论血清sLOX-1、锌指蛋白A20水平与冠心病患者冠状动脉病变程度密切相关,可能参与了冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块的发生、发展。Objective To analyze the relationship of serum sLOX-1 and zinc finger protein A20 levels with the severity of CHD.Methods One hundred and twenty-six CHD patients admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to December 2019 served as a CHD group and 50 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period served as a control group.Peripheral blood samples were taken to measure the serum sLOX-1 and zinc finger protein A20 levels in two groups by ELISA.Results The expression levels of serum sLOX-1 mRNA and zinc finger protein A20 mRNA were significantly higher in CHD group than in control group(1652.63±246.82 ng/L vs 652.48±114.05 ng/L,0.20±0.03 vs 0.06±0.02,P<0.01),in double and multivessel disease than in single vessel disease(P<0.01),and in patients with ACS than in those with stable angina pectoris(P<0.01).Logistic regression analysis showed that the serum sLOX-1 and zinc finger protein A20 levels were positively related with the severity of CHD(OR=2.368,95%CI:1.002-5.439,P=0.024;OR=2.126,95%CI:0.985-4.813,P=0.036).Conclusion The serum sLOX-1 and zinc finger protein A20 levels are closely related with the severity of CHD,which may be involved in the occurrence and development of coronary atherosclerotic plaques.
