三种尿液干化学分析仪检测一致性的比较

摘　　要：为探讨比较3种尿液干化学分析仪检测结果的一致性。本文于2019年5月~2020年5月,随机抽取在本院进行尿液检测并提供新鲜中段尿液的101例患者为研究对象,分别在3种不同尿液干化学分析仪(Urisys 2400、Mejer 600、AIKELAI AX 4030)上进行检测,将显微镜镜检结果作为金标准,对比3种检测结果的一致性。结果显示,Mejer 600、AIKELAI AX 4030的阳性检出率比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05);Urisys 2400的ERY阳性检出率、LEU阳性检出率、NIT阳性检出率与Mejer 600、AIKELAI AX 4030的阳性检出率存在一定差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。可见3种尿液干化学分析仪的整体检测结果一致性良好,可满足临床需要,部分检测结果存在一定差异,但与化学分析仪的灵敏度、特异度存在直接关系。To compare the consistency of three urine dry chemical analyzers.In May 2019 to May 2020,random urine tests in our hospital,and provide fresh urine in middle 101 patients as the research object,respectively in three different urine dry chemistry analyzer(2400,600,AIKELAI Mejer Urisys AX 4030)on the testing,the microscope test results as the gold standard,compare the consistency of the three kinds of test result.The positive detection rate of Mejer 600 and AIKELAI AX 4030 was not statistically significant(P>0.05);Urisys 2400's ERY positive detection rate,LEU positive detection rate,NIT positive detection rate were compared with Mejer 600,AIKELAI AX 4030 There is a certain difference in the positive detection rate of serotonin,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The overall test results of the three urine dry chemical analyzers are consistent and can meet the clinical needs.Some of the test results are different,but they are directly related to the sensitivity and specificity of the chemical analyzer.
