酶联法检测技术对慢性乙肝患者血清TGF-β1含量检测

摘　　要：为探究酶联法(ELISA)对慢性乙肝患者血清TGF-乙肝含量的检测,本文随机选择我院于2018年1月—2020年6月收治的62例慢性乙肝患者作为研究对象,经ELISA检测患者血清转化生长因子-测患(TGF-血清)含量,与化学发光免疫法检测结果、病理检测结果展开对比,验证ELISA检测结果精准性。结果显示ELISA与化学免疫法在不同慢性乙肝程度检出以及TGF-疫法水平检测中均未见统计学差异,P<0.05。可见ELISA检测慢性乙肝血清TGF-乙肝精准、可靠、方便,且可根据检测结果判断TGF-β1含量水平进行乙肝程度鉴定,临床诊疗价值显著。This paper is aimed at studying the determination of serum TGF-β1 in patients with chronic hepatitis B by ELISA.We randomly selected 62 patients with chronic hepatitis B admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2020 as the study subjects,determined the serum transforming growth factor(TGF-β1)levels in these patients by ELISA,and compared with the testing results of chemiluminescence immunoassay and pathological examination to verify the accuracy of ELISA's testing results.No statistical differences were observed between ELISA and chemiluminescence immunoassay in the detection of different degrees of chronic hepatitis B and the determination of serum TGF-β1 levels,P<0.05.ELISA for determination of serum TGF-β1 levels in patients with chronic hepatitis B is accurate,reliable and convenient,and the TGF-β1 level can be determined according to the testing results to identify of the degree of hepatitis B.This method has significant clinical diagnosis and treatment value.
