摘 要:利用无人机航测实时、快速、高效获取基础地理信息,为应急处置决策提供依据。介绍了无人机航测立体建模的原理及技术流程,通过Smart3D平台快速建立了应急测区的立体模型,将模型导入到清华山维平台,实现了研究区域的量测并进行淹没分析。结果表明:航测立体建模方法相较于传统的测量方法具有高精度、高效率、低成本的优势,可为防汛应急监测提供一种实时高效的技术手段。In order to provide a basis for emergency disposal decisions in flood control,UAV aerial survey can be used to acquire basic geographic information in real time,quickly and efficiently.The principle and technical pro⁃cess of UAV aerial survey stereoscopic modeling are introduced.Quickly establishing stereoscopic model of the emergency test area through Smart3D platform and importing it into Tsinghua Shanwei platform can realize the mea⁃surement function of the study area and inundation analysis.The analysis results show that the aerial stereo model⁃ing method has the advantages of high accuracy,high efficiency and low cost compared with the traditional measure⁃ment method,and can provide a real-time and efficient technical means for emergency monitoring of flood control.
