摘 要:针对目前非交联压裂液用于高温深井压裂时需要提高稠化剂用量而导致的基液黏度过大、液体可泵注性差的问题,研究合成了一种可用于降低非交联压裂液基液黏度的流动促进剂。性能测试结果表明,该流动促进剂可大大缩短压裂液的流动时间,当稠化剂含量为6 g/L时,加入12 mL/L的流动促进剂后,压裂液的基液黏度从115 mPa·s降至51 mPa·s,在同一条件下,压裂液的流动时间从352 s降至124 s,压裂液的流动性得到了较大改善。压裂液具有良好的耐温耐剪切性能,在170℃、170 s^(-1)条件下,经过90 min的剪切,表观黏度稳定在25 mPa·s以上;并对流动促进剂加入前后压裂液的黏弹性和触变性进行了测试,加入流动促进剂后,压裂液具有更好的黏弹性和触变性;在对应的储层温度条件下均可彻底破胶,且破胶液的表面张力和残渣含量较低。In order to solve the problem that the base fluid viscosity is too high and the liquid pumpability is poor when the non-crosslinked fracturing fluid is used in high temperature deep well,a flow accelerator which can be used to reduce the base fluid viscosity of non-crosslinked fracturing fluid is synthesized.The results of performance test show that the flow accelerator can greatly shorten the flow time of fracturing fluid.When the concentration of thickener is 6 g/L and flow accelerator is 12 mL/L,the viscosity of fracturing fluid decreases from 115 mPa·s to 51 mPa·s.Under the same conditions,the flow time of fracturing fluid decreases from 352 s to 124 s,indicating the fluidity of fracturing fluid is greatly improved.The fracturing fluid exhibits good temperature resistance and shear resistance.After shear for 90 min at 170℃and 170 s^(-1),the apparent viscosity is keeping above 25 mPa·s.After adding the flow promoter,the fracturing fluid performs better viscoelasticity and thixotropy;the fracturing fluid can be completely broken under the corresponding reservoir temperature and the surface tension and residue content of the solution are relatively low.
