摘  要:以α-Al2O3为载体、金属银为活性组分,采用浸渍法制备了YSE-01型银催化剂,将其用于处理环氧乙烷/乙二醇装置的含氧尾气,并与商用E-02型贵金属催化剂进行了对比。实验结果表明,采用高活性YSE-01型银催化剂时,氧气单程转化率最高可达89.2%,可以将环氧乙烷/乙二醇装置中典型工况下含氧尾气中的氧含量降至2%(φ)以下,符合工艺设计要求;E-02型贵金属催化剂具有更低的起活温度,如果和银催化剂串联使用,可以有效分解尾气中的环氧乙烷,对银催化剂进行很好的补充。YSE-01 silver catalyst was prepared by impregnation method withα-Al2O3 as the support and silver as the active component.The catalyst was applied to the oxygen-containing tail gas treatment process of ethylene oxide/ethylene glycol unit and comparison was conducted with the commercial noble metal catalyst E-02.The results show that the single-trip oxygen conversion of the highly active YSE-01 silver catalyst can reach up to 89.2%,and the oxygen content in the oxygen-containing tail gas of ethylene oxide/ethylene glycol unit can be reduced to less than 2%(φ)under typical working conditions,which meets the requirements of the process design.Since the commercial E-02 catalyst has lower starting temperature,if it is used combining with silver catalyst,the ethylene oxide in the tail gas can be effectively decomposed,which can be also a good supplement to the silver catalyst.
