摘 要:催化选择加氢是脱除裂解气碳二馏分中乙炔的常用方法,氧化铝负载的Pd基催化剂能够有效脱除微量的乙炔,但乙烯选择性不高,且Pd价格昂贵。除了Pd外,Ni,Cu,Fe等过渡金属也具有选择加氢性能,受到研究者的广泛关注。综述了近年来以非贵金属催化剂、金属氧化物及非金属催化剂进行乙炔选择加氢的研究进展,对比了各催化剂在乙炔选择加氢反应中的优势和不足,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望。Selective catalytic hydrogenation is a general method to remove trace amount of acetylene remaining in C2 fraction.Pd supported on alumina catalyst shows excellent performance to remove acetylene,while it also has limits in low selectivity of ethylene and using precious metal palladium.Transition metals,such as Ni,Cu and Fe,based catalysts also exhibit quite good properties in selective hydrogenation,which has attracted much interests of researchers.Research progress related to selective hydrogenation of acetylene based on non-precious metal,metal oxides and non-metal catalysts was reviewed,in which the corresponding advantages and shortages of those catalysts for hydrogenation of acetylene were compared and discussed.The prospect research direction of that was also proposed.
