冬奥会视域下黑龙江省冰雪体育旅游产业发展的困境与对策

摘　　要：研究黑龙江省滑雪者人次首次出现降低的原因,针对面临的冰雪体育旅游困境提出应对措施。黑龙江省冰雪体育旅游产业危机初现,冰雪旅游优质资源多、滑雪场所数量全国第一不再成为竞争优势,管理缺失、政府的公信力下降、京冀冬奥会效应促使滑雪者人次首次出现降低。提出强化政策的引导作用,打破区域壁垒,构建产业聚集优势;积极宣传黑龙江省不同区域冰雪资源的优势,引流量、盘活现有滑雪场所资源;利用北京冬奥会契机扭转下降的拐点,营造适宜冰雪体育旅游企业成长的市场环境等对策,重新塑造黑龙江省冰雪形象,振兴黑龙江省冰雪体育旅游产业。To study the reasons why the number of skiers in Heilongjiang Province decreased for the first time,and put forward countermeasures against the difficulties faced by ice and snow sports tourism.The crisis of the ice and snow sports tourism industry in Heilongjiang Province has begun.The high-quality resources of ice and snow tourism and the number of skiing places in the country no longer become a competitive advantage.The lack of management,the decline of social credibility,and the Beijing-Hebei Winter Olympics effect have led to the first decline in skiers.Put forward to strengthen the guiding role of policies,break regional barriers,and build advantages in industrial agglomeration;actively publicize the advantages of ice and snow resources in different regions of Heilongjiang Province,divert traffic and revitalize existing ski resort resources;use the opportunity of the Beijing Winter Olympics to reverse the inflection point of decline and create a suitable Countermeasures such as the market environment for the growth of ice and snow sports tourism enterprises will reshape the image of Heilongjiang Province's ice and snow and revitalize the ice and snow sports tourism industry in Heilongjiang Province.
