摘 要:探索我国城市冰雪运动文化普及的路径,丰富广大群众精神文化生活,满足群众冬季多样化的健身需求,助力“三亿人参与冰雪运动”目标的实现。本土冰雪运动文化挖掘不足、未形成独特的文化品牌、冰雪运动文化氛围不足、冰雪运动基础设施建设不完善、冰雪运动专业人才培养体系不健全和冰雪运动市场机制不完善等,是当前城市冰雪运动文化发展存在的主要矛盾。提出以政府为主导,加强对冰雪运动市场的监管力度,以冰雪旅游产业为载体推广本地特色冰雪文化,加强对冰雪运动文化专业人才的培养,改造或兴建冰雪运动基础设施,加强本地特色冰雪文化宣传力度,打造知名冰雪运动赛事等发展措施。Explore the way to popularize the urban ice and snow sports culture in my country,enrich the spiritual and cultural life of the masses,meet the diversified fitness needs of the masses in winter,and help achieve the goal of"300 million people participating in ice and snow sports".Insufficient exploration of local ice and snow sports culture,no unique cultural brand,insufficient ice and snow sports cultural atmosphere,imperfect ice and snow sports infrastructure construction,imperfect ice and snow sports professional training system and imperfect ice and snow sports market mechanism are the current urban ice and snow sports culture The main contradiction in development.It is proposed to take the government as the lead,strengthen the supervision of the ice and snow sports market,use the ice and snow tourism industry as the carrier,promote the local characteristic ice and snow culture,strengthen the training of ice and snow sports cultural professionals,transform or build the ice and snow sports infrastructure,and strengthen the local characteristics The promotion of ice and snow culture,the creation of well-known ice and snow sports events and other development measures.
