摘 要:针对目前燃煤锅炉空气预热器出口烟道烟冷器换热管束的磨损问题,利用计算流体力学(CFD)软件进行气固两相流场模拟和磨损预测,研究分析飞灰分布对烟冷器的磨损影响,提出针对性的解决方案,并以国内某燃煤机组为例进行了改造前、后的数值模拟研究。结果表明:改造前、后,飞灰质量浓度相对标准偏差左侧由77.29%下降至43.22%,右侧由69.45%下降至47.32%;首排管磨损速度最大值由1.51×10^(-6)kg/(m^(2)·s)下降至6.98×10^(-7)kg/(m^(2)·s);飞灰分布与烟冷器磨损有着较大的相关性。In view of the wear problem of heat exchange tube bundle of the flue gas cooler at the outlet of air preheater of the coal-fired boiler at present,the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)software is used to simulate the gas-solid two-phase flow field and predict the wear.The influence of fly ash distribution on wear of the flue gas cooler is studied,and the corresponding solutions are put forward.Moreover,a coal-fired unit in China is taken as an example to carry out the numerical simulation before and after the reformation.The result shows that,before and after the reformation,the relative standard deviation of fly ash concentration on the left side decreased from 77.29%to 43.22%and that on the right side standard decreased from 69.45%to 47.32%.The maximum wear rate of the first row of pipes decreased from 1.51×10^(-6)kg/(m^(2)·s)to 6.98×10^(-7)kg/(m^(2)·s).There is a great correlation between the distribution of fly ash and the wear of flue gas cooler.
