摘  要:针对锅炉烟温特性和运行氧量特性2个典型固有特性与现有风烟系统存在的问题,从改善锅炉的固有特性出发,提出了全新的锅炉烟气双循环系统,重点介绍了锅炉烟气双循环系统中的内循环烟气在锅炉不同负荷下引入炉内的位置、主要目的及其对改善锅炉固有特性、解决锅炉常见问题的作用。结果表明:锅炉的固有特性及常见问题在现代常规风烟系统下很难得到改善,锅炉烟气双循环系统能够有效改善现代锅炉的固有特性,解决锅炉各种负荷下常见的主要问题,且其经济性、环保性优于现有风烟系统,具备直接进行工程应用的条件。Two typical inherent characteristics of boilers are summarized,and the correlation between these characteristics and the existing air and flue gas system and common problems of coal-fired boiler is analyzed.In order to improve the inherent characteristics of the boiler,a new boiler flue gas dual circulation system is proposed.This paper mainly introduces the location and main purpose of the internal circulation flue gas in the boiler flue gas dual system at different boiler loads,as well as its role in improving the inherent characteristics and solving the common problems of the boiler.The results show that,the inherent characteristics and common problems of boilers are difficult to improve in the modern conventional air and flue gas system.The flue gas dual circulation system can effectively improve the inherent characteristics of modern boilers and solve the common problems at various loads of the boiler,and its economy and environmental protection are better than the existing air and flue gas system.The flue gas dual circulation system is able to be applied directly in engineering.
