摘　　要：水煤浆气化炉是高温、高压的反应设备,煤浆在气化炉内发生的一系列反应都是在耐火材料砌筑的燃烧室内完成的。耐火材料不仅要经受高温、潮湿、冲刷磨损,而且还要经常经受因更换烧嘴等引起的停车、开车的冷热交替工况。如气化炉的筑炉质量不好,就经受不住上述恶劣工况。文章就气化炉筑炉过程中的质量控制要点进行了阐述。通过严格的质量控制,达到了预期的筑炉质量,实现了气化炉长周期运行的目标。Coal-water slurry gasifier is high-temperature and high-pressure reaction equipment.A series of reactions of coal slurry in the gasifier are completed in a combustion chamber built of refractory materials.Refractory materials have to withstand high temperature,humidity,scouring and wear as well as the alternating hot and cold conditions of shutdown and startup caused by the replacement of the burner.If the construction quality of the gasifier is not good,the gasifier cannot withstand the above-mentioned harsh working conditions.This paperelaborates on the key points of quality control in the process of gasifier construction.Through strict quality control,the expected gasifier construction quality has been achieved and the goal of long-term operation of the gasifier has been realized.
