疫情防控常态化形势下的高校学生工作研究

摘　　要：2020年,突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情既是一场公共卫生领域的人民战争,也是一次对高校疫情防控工作的"大考",对高校学生工作的及时性、精准性、深入性、全面性更是一道"必答题"。面临学生工作实效性有待提高、教学科研秩序受到挑战、"信息疫情"增加工作难度、学生就业压力和思想心理负担加大等现实问题,高校学生工作应当积极利用疫情防控常态化这一特殊阶段,进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育,从科学精准做好常态化疫情防控和完善常态化疫情防控应急管理体系两个维度积极应对疫情大考,为疫情防治和战胜疫情贡献力量。The novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak in 2020 is a severe test for both public health sectors and universities,and is also a checkout for timeliness,accuracy,depth and comprehensiveness of college students.The special stage of epidemic prevention and control should be actively used by college student to further strengthen and improve the ideological and political education,by facing such practical problems as the insufficient effectiveness of students work,the challenge of teaching orders,the increasing difficulty of collecting epidemic information,the incline of employment pressure in graduates and the increment of mental burden.From scientific angles,emergency management system for prevention and control should be immediately perfected for the test of coronavirus,to which is used fight against the epidemic.
