摘 要:基于全国20个煤炭资源型城市2007~2017年面板数据,利用DEAP 2.1从静态和动态2个角度测算出煤炭资源型城市的土地利用效率,并建立Tobit回归模型分析了其影响机制。结果表明:(1)通过静态分析,发现东部地区的土地利用效率明显高于中部和西部,衰退型城市的土地利用效率水平高于其他各发展阶段,各城市的土地利用效率均值在2017年达到最高值;(2)通过Malmquist指数的动态分析,发现TFP指数主要受技术进步的影响,应提高技术创新能力;(3)经济发展水平和产业结构对城市土地利用效率产生显著影响。Based on the panel data of 20 coal resource-based cities in China from 2007 to 2017,DEAP 2.1 was used to estimate the land use efficiency of coal resource-based cities from the static and dynamic perspectives,and the Tobit regression model was established to analyze the influence mechanism.The results show that through static analysis,the land use efficiency of eastern regions is significantly higher than that of central and western regions,and the land use efficiency level of declining cities is higher than that of other development stages.The average land use efficiency of all cities reaches the highest value in 2017.Through the dynamic analysis of Malmquist index,it is found that the TFP index is mainly affected by technological progress,and the technological innovation ability should be improved in the future.Economic development level and industrial structure have significant influence on land use efficiency of cities.
