摘 要:利用有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA对再生混凝土的霍普金森杆(Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar,SHPB)冲击压缩试验进行数值模拟,再现其在冲击试验过程中的波形图、应力应变状态、能量耗散和破坏形态,并将数值模拟结果与试验结果相对比.研究表明,在动态冲击作用下,再生混凝土内部应力呈现出先增大后减小的趋势,应变分布具有较大的差异性,峰值强度和峰值应变模拟值与试验值误差均小于5%,吻合度较高,HJC本构模型可以很好地反映再生混凝土的动态力学行为和破坏特征,验证了冲击模拟的有效性与准确性.The finite element software ANSYS/LS-SYNA was used to simulate the SHPB test of recycled concrete,and reproduce the waveform diagram,the stress and strain states,and the energy dissipation and failure forms during the impact test,and the numerical simulation results compared were with the test results.The results show that the internal stress of recycled concrete shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing under the action of dynamic impact.The strain distribution is quite different,and the peak strength and peak strain are in good agreement with the experimental values.The HJC constitutive model can well reflect the dynamic mechanical behavior and failure characteristics of recycled concrete,verifying the effectiveness and accuracy of impact simulation.
