摘　　要：高压甲铵冷凝器是尿素合成反应的重要设备。当工艺条件异常时,腐蚀情况加剧,将严重影响整套设备的运行。了解其内部腐蚀状况特点,进行定期检查,及时发现并处理问题是保证设备长期安全运行的关键。High pressure ammonium carbamate condenser is an important equipment for urea synthesis reaction.When the process conditions are abnormal,the corrosion will aggravate,which will seriously affect the operation of the whole set of equipment.Understanding the characteristics of its internal corrosion status,conducting regular inspections,finding problems in time and dealing with problems are the key to ensure long-term safe operation of the equipment.
