摘 要:以先进控制理论为基础探讨某公司轻烃预分馏自动控制过程,分析改进与优化的手段和技术,以便对轻烃分馏装置工艺流程有更加深入的了解。与此同时,还指明其特征表现为耦合关联性强、干扰因素多、滞后大、流程长等,以这些为依据,提出一些较为先进的控制策略,对搭建软硬件平台对分馏塔整体操作稳定性、降低分流能源消耗以及提升产品质量方面的作用进行分析。Based on the advanced control theory,this paper discusses the automatic control process of light hydrocarbon pre fractionation in a company,and analyzes the means and technology of improvement and optimization,so as to have a deeper understanding of the process flow of light hydrocarbon fractionation unit.At the same time,the paper also points out that its characteristics are strong coupling correlation,many interference factors,large lag,long process,etc.based on these,some more advanced control strategies are put forward.This paper analyzes the effect of building software and hardware platform on the overall operation stability of fractionator,reducing the energy consumption and improving the product quality.
