摘　　要：混凝沉淀和混凝气浮结合的物化预处理与水解酸化和好氧接触氧化结合的生化处理组合工艺能有效处理新能源汽车整车厂废水,工艺运行稳定可靠,出水达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)三级标准,其中氨氮和总磷执行浙江省地方标准《工业企业废水氮、磷污染物间接排放限值》(DB33/887—2013)。The combined process of physicochemical pretreatment combined with coagulation sedimentation,coagulation floatation and biochemical treatment combined with hydrolysis acidification and aerobic contact oxidation can effectively treat the wastewater from new energy vehicle plant.The process runs stably and reliably.The effluent meets the class III standard of integrated wastewater discharge standard(GB8978-1996),in which ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus are in accordance with the local standard of Zhejiang Province,indirect discharge limits of nitrogen and phosphorus pollutants in industrial enterprise wastewater(DB33/887-2013).
