摘　　要：目的初步构建干部人群健康风险评估模型,评价模型信度与效度。方法2018年5月-2019年12月引用“国人健康风险评估问卷”进行问卷调查,收集数据,构建干部人群健康风险评估模型;收集2018年某干部人群体检数据,计算客观检查阳性率;分析模型得分与客观检查阳性率的关系。结果该研究共收集有效问卷1278份,按照模型记分方式,计算模型得分。采用同期效度对模型效度进行检验,经过简单相关性分析得积差相关系数r=0.798;采用重测信度对模型信度进行检验,经过简单相关系数分析得r=0.761;对模型得分进行K-Z检验得Z=4.259;进行Q-Q检验,得数据点与理论直线基本重合。结论该研究构建的干部人群健康风险评估模型具有较高信度与效度,模型得分与客观检查阳性率呈正相关,模型用于评估干部人群健康风险具有一定价值。Objective To preliminarily construct a health risk assessment model for cadres and evaluate the reliability and validity of the model.Methods From May 2018 to December 2019,the"Chinese Health Risk Assessment Questionnaire"was used to conduct a questionnaire survey to collect data and build a health risk assessment model for cadres;collect data from a group of cadres in 2018 and calculate the positive rate of objective examinations;analysis the relationship between the model score and the positive rate of objective examination.Results In this study,a total of 1278 valid questionnaires were collected,and the model score was calculated according to the model scoring method.Simultaneous validity was used to test the model validity.After simple correlation analysis,the product difference correlation coefficient was r=0.798;the test-retest reliability was used to test the model reliability,and the simple correlation coefficient analysis was r=0.761;the model score with KZ test,Z=4.259;Carrying out Q-Q test,the data points basically coincide with the theoretical straight line.Conclusion The cadre population health risk assessment model constructed in this study has high reliability and validity.The score of the model is positively correlated with the positive rate of objective examinations.The model has certain value for evaluating the health risk of cadres population.
