摘  要:返聘退休医务人员是医院人力资源的重要组成部分。该研究采用SWOT分析法,对返聘退休医务人员在医院人力资源管理过程中面临的优势(S)、劣势(W)、机遇(O)和挑战(T)进行分析,并针对返聘退休医务人员在医院人才队伍建设中存在的问题和面临的挑战提出相应的对策建议,以便能进一步推进和完善医院返聘退休医务人员的管理。Re-hiring retired medical staff is an important part of hospital human resources.This study adopts the SWOT analysis method to analyze the Superiority(S),Weakness(W),Opportunity(O),Threats(T)faced by re-hiring retired medical staff in the process of hospital human resource management,and analyzes the re-hiring of retired medical staff in the process of human resource management.The problems and challenges in the construction of the hospital's talent team put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,so as to further promote and improve the management of the hospital's re-employment of retired medical personnel.
