药剂科药事管理在医院管理工作中的价值研究

摘　　要：目的研究药剂科药事管理在医院管理工作中的价值。方法2018年1月-2020年1月两年间,选择16名药剂科工作人员为研究对象,分析药剂科药事管理实施前后的不良事件发生率;另外纳入实施前后各40例患者,评价其满意率。结果实施前的不良事件发生率为43.75%,高于实施后的6.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施前的满意率为80.00%,低于实施后的97.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医院管理工作中,实施药剂科药事管理可降低不良事件发生率,此外也能提高患者的满意率,有应用价值。Objective To study the value of pharmacy management in hospital management.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020,16 staff in the pharmacy department were selected as the research subjects to analyze the incidence of adverse events before and after the implementation of the pharmacy management;in addition,40 patients before and after the implementation were included and satisfaction rate was evaluated.Results The incidence of adverse events before implementation was 43.75%,which was higher than 6.25%after implementation.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate before implementation was 80.00%,which was lower than the 97.50%after implementation.The were differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the hospital management,the implementation of pharmacy management can reduce the incidence of adverse events,in addition,it can also increase the satisfaction rate of patients,which has application value.
