摘　　要：近年来,燃煤电厂电除尘器异常事件频发,较为严重的是电除尘器灰斗发生坍塌,机组被迫停运,造成较大经济损失。通过分析某2×660 MW机组电厂2号炉电除尘器运行中A列一室一电场灰斗料位计异常,灰斗满灰,电场出现闪频后跳闸,最终灰斗发生变形的事件,提出针对性措施,防止事态进一步恶化。In recent years,abnormal events involving electrostatic precipitator of coal-fired power plant occur frequently,of which more serious situation is the collapse of ash hopper of electrostatic precipitator,resulting in forced unit outage and great economic loss.Through the analysis of an event occurred in the operation of an electrostatic precipitator of a 2×660 MW power plant,which involves the abnormality of A-train of electric field ash hopper level meter,leading to full of ash hopper and tripping after electric field frequency flicker,and finally hopper deformation,the paper puts forward targeted measures to prevent further deterioration of the event.
