摘　　要：目的:探讨中医雷火灸+盐酸乙哌立松治疗腰肌劳损的效果。方法:从2018年1月1日-2019年12月31日经本院收治的腰肌劳损患者选取200例开展研究,按照随机分组法将其分为对照组100例、观察组100例,其中对照组采用盐酸乙哌立松药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以中医雷火灸进行治疗,对比两组治疗后疼痛(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分和临床疗效情况。结果:治疗前观察组的VAS评分为(8.81±0.34)分,与对照组的(8.62±0.75)分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗3、6 d后观察组VAS评分分别为(4.51±0.91)、(1.23±0.52)分,均低于对照组的(6.23±1.02)、(2.01±0.93)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率90.00%,明显高于对照组的78.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用中医雷火灸+盐酸乙哌立松治疗腰肌劳损效果显著,可减轻腰部疼痛情况,提高疾病治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine thunder fire moxibustion+Eperisone Hydrochloride in the treatment of lumbar muscle strain.Method:From January 1,2018 to December 31,2019,200 patients with lumbar muscle strain were selected for the study.According to the random grouping method,they were divided into 100 cases in the control group and 100 cases in the observation group.Among them,the control group was treated with Eperisone Hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with TCM thunder fire moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The pain(visual analogue scale,VAS)scores and clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment were compared.Result:Before treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was(8.81±0.34)points,compared with(8.62±0.75)points of the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The VAS scores of the observation group were(4.51±0.91)and(1.23±0.52)points respectively 3 and 6 days after treatment,which were lower than the(6.23±1.02)and(2.01±0.93)points of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than 78.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of traditional Chinese medicine thunder fire moxibustion+Eperisone Hydrochloride to treat lumbar muscle strain has a significant effect,which can reduce lumbar pain and improve the effect of disease treatment.It is worthy of clinical application.
