老年性膝关节疾病采用针刺与温针灸治疗的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探究针刺联合温针灸治疗老年性膝关节疾病的临床价值。方法:选取2017年7月-2019年12月本院保健科(老年医学科)60例老年膝关节疾病患者为研究对象。采用随机数字法分成常规组和治疗组,每组30例。常规组予针刺治疗,治疗组予针刺+温针灸治疗。比较两组治疗效果、关节活动度、疼痛数字评价量表(NRS)评分和美国特种外科医院(HSS)膝关节量表评分。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组关节活动度大于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);常规组NRS评分高于治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);常规组HSS评分低于治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年性膝关节疾病联合采用针刺与温针灸治疗效果显著,能有效减轻疼痛,改善膝关节功能,值得推广。Objective:To explore the clinical value of acupuncture combined with needle warming moxibustion in the treatment of senile knee joint diseases.Method:From July 2017 to December 2019,60 elderly patients with knee joint disease in the department of health care(geriatrics)of our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into the conventional group and the treatment group by random number table method,30 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with acupuncture,while the treatment group was treated with acupuncture plus needle warming moxibustion.The treatment effect,joint range of motion,numeral pain scale(NRS)score and Hospital for Special Surgery(HSS)knee score were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the joint range of motion of the treatment group was greater than that of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the NRS score of the conventional group was higher than that of the treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the HSS score of the conventional group was lower than that of the treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with needle warming moxibustion is effective in treating senile knee joint diseases,which can effectively relieve pain and improve knee joint function,which is worthy of promotion.
