电子喉镜与支撑喉镜治疗声带良性肿物的效果及对患者嗓音的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究电子喉镜与支撑喉镜治疗声带良性肿物的效果及对患者嗓音的影响。方法:纳入2018年7月-2019年6月笔者所在医院收治的81例声带良性肿物患者展开研究,按照简单随机化法分为两组,对照组39例应用支撑喉镜进行手术治疗,观察组42例应用电子喉镜进行手术治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗总有效率及术后Jitter、Shimmer、NNE比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在声带良性肿物患者的治疗中,电子喉镜、支撑喉镜疗效相当,均有助于嗓音指标的改善,但电子喉镜的安全性更高,临床应根据患者实际情况合理选择治疗方式。Objective:To study the effect of electronic laryngoscope and suspension laryngoscope in treatment of vocal cord benign tumor and the influence on the voice of patients.Method:A total of 81 patients with vocal cord benign tumor admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to June 2019 were included in this study and divided into two groups according to simple randomization method.The control group(n=39)received surgical treatment with support laryngoscope,and the observation group(n=42)received surgical treatment with electronic laryngoscope.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The amount of intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the operation time was shorter than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the total effective rate,postoperative Jitter,Shimmer and NNE between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In treatment of patients with vocal cord benign tumor,the curative effect of electronic laryngoscope and supporting laryngoscope is the same,which is helpful to the improvement of voice index.However,the safety of electronic laryngoscope is higher,and the treatment method should be selected reasonably according to the actual situation of patients.
