摘　　要：目的:探讨髋部骨折患者人工关节置换手术围术期集束化护理的应用对患者出血量、手术时间的影响效果。方法:选取本院2019年4月-2020年4月收治的髋部骨折患者112例,随机分为两组,各56例,对照组应用常规护理,研究组应用集束化护理。结果:护理后,研究组心理状态均优于对照组;研究组手术时间短于对照组;研究组出血量少于对照组;研究组出现并发症的概率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:髋部骨折患者在接受人工关节置换手术围术期应用集束化护理,有着较高的护理满意度,可增强治疗效果,缩短患者的手术时间,同时还可以减少患者在手术中的出血量,有助于构建良好和谐的护患关系,在临床上值得进一步应用推广。Objective:To investigate the effect of perioperative cluster nursing on the amount of blood loss and operation time in patients with hip fracture after artificial joint replacement.Method:A total of 112 patients with hip fracture admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,56 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the study group received intensive nursing.Result:After nursing,the psychological state score of the study group was lower than that of the control group;the operation time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group;the amount of bleeding in the study group was less than that of the control group;the probability of complications in the study group was lower than that of the control group;the nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of cluster nursing in the treatment of hip fracture patients undergoing artificial joint replacement surgery has higher nursing satisfaction,which can enhance the therapeutic effect,shorten the operation time of patients,reduce the amount of bleeding during the operation,and help to build a good and harmonious nursing and patient relationship,it is worthy of further application and promotion in clinical practice.
