摘 要:目的:探讨12周高强度间歇性训练应用于2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的效果及对其心功能的影响。方法:选取2019年6月-2020年6月本科室收治的T2DM患者69例,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,对照组34例,予以低强度持续运动干预;观察组35例,予以高强度间歇性训练。观察两组血糖控制效果、胰岛素稳态及心功能。结果:干预后,观察组HbA1c、2 h PBG及GLU水平较对照组低;观察组HOMA-IR较对照组低;观察组CO、LVEF较对照组高,6MWT距离较对照组远,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:12周高强度间歇性训练可通过改善T2DM患者胰岛素抵抗,控制血糖水平,改善心功能。Objective:To explore the effect of 12-week high-intensity interval training applied to patients with type 2 diabetes(T2DM)and its influence on cardiac function.Method:A total of 69 patients with T2DM from June 2019 to June 2020 in our department were selected and divided in to the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method.34 patients of them in the control group and received low-intensity continuous exercise intervention;35 patients of them in the observation group received high-intensity interval training.The effect of blood glucose control,insulin homeostasis and heart function were observed in the two groups.Result:After intervention,the levels of HbA1c,2 h PBG and GLU in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the HOMA-IR of the observation group was lower than that of the control group;the CO and LVEF of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the 6MWT was farther away than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:12-week high-intensity interval training can improve insulin resistance,control blood glucose levels,and improve heart function in patients with T2DM.
