摘　　要：目的:探讨基于移动服务的经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)护理模式的临床应用价值。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年6月本院行PICC置管的90例患者。随机分为研究组(n=45)、对照组(n=45)。对照组给予传统延续护理模式干预,研究组给予基于移动服务的PICC护理模式干预。比较两组PICC自我管理能力、并发症发生率及护理总满意度。结果:与对照组比,研究组PICC自我管理能力评分、护理总满意度均更高,不良事件发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于移动服务的PICC护理模式可有效提高患者的自我管理能力,减少不良事件的发生,并有助于促使患者更满意护理服务。Objective:To explore the clinical application value of the nursing model of peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)based on mobile service.Method:A total of 90 patients who underwent PICC intubation in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected.They were randomly divided into the study group(n=45)and the control group(n=45).The control group was given intervention in the traditional continuous nursing model,and the study group was given intervention in the PICC nursing model based on mobile service.The PICC self-management ability,incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared.Result:Compared with the control group,the PICC self-management ability score and the total nursing satisfaction of the study group were higher,and the incidence of adverse events was lower,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The PICC nursing model based on mobile services can effectively improve patients’self-management ability,reduce the occurrence of adverse events,and help promote patients to be more satisfied with nursing services.
