乳腺微创旋切手术治疗乳腺多发性肿块的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析乳腺微创旋切手术在乳腺多发性肿块治疗中的运用价值,以促进该术式在乳腺多发性肿块治疗中的普及。方法:选择笔者所在医院2017年2月-2019年7月收治的112例乳腺多发性肿块患者为研究对象,根据手术方法的差异分为对照组、旋切组,分别给予两组常规开放手术治疗、乳腺微创旋切手术治疗。对比两组术中出血量、切口尺寸、住院时间、术后第2天疼痛评分、乳房外观优良率。结果:旋切组术中出血量少于对照组,手术切口尺寸短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。旋切组住院时间短于对照组,术后第2天疼痛评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。旋切组乳房外观优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺多发性肿块的手术治疗中,与常规开放手术相比,乳腺微创旋切手术可减少患者的手术创伤,满足其乳房美观要求。Objective:To analyze the application value of minimally invasive rotational mastectomy in treatment of multiple breast masses,so as to promote the popularization of the operation in the treatment of multiple breast masses.Method:A total of 112 patients with multiple breast masses admitted to the hospital of the author from February 2017 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the difference in surgical methods,they were divided into the control group and the rotary resection group.The two groups were treated with conventional open surgery and minimally invasive breast rotation surgery,respectively.The amount of intraoperative blood loss,incision size,length of hospital stay,postoperative pain score on the second day,and the rate of good breast appearance were compared between the two groups.Result:The amount of intraoperative blood loss and incision size in the rotary resection group were less than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The length of hospital stay in the rotary resection group was shorter than that in the control group,and the pain score on the second day after surgery was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of breast appearance in the rotary resection group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the surgical treatment of multiple breast masses,compared with the conventional open surgery,minimally invasive breast rotation surgery can reduce the surgical trauma of patients and meet the aesthetic requirements of the breast..
