小切口传统手术与麦默通旋切术治疗触诊阴性乳腺结节的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:分析采用小切口传统手术和麦默通旋切术治疗触诊阴性乳腺结节的效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年1月本院收治的50例触诊阴性乳腺结节患者,按照手术治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组予以小切口传统手术治疗,观察组予以麦默通旋切术治疗。对比两组手术指标、满意度评分、并发症发生率与术后半年乳腺外形优良率。结果:观察组患侧切口愈合时间、瘢痕长度均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组满意度评分比对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组发生并发症包括血肿1例(4.00%),对照组7例(28.00%)发生并发症,包括2例血肿、3例感染与2例皮肤瘙痒,对照组并发症发生率比观察组高(P<0.05);术后半年,观察组患侧乳腺外形优良率88.24%,高于对照组的60.00%(P<0.05);观察组生存质量各指标评分均比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:触诊阴性乳腺结节采用麦默通旋切术治疗的效果高于小切口传统手术,切口愈合时间较短,并发症较少,乳腺外形较佳。Objective:To analyze the effect of small incision conventional surgery and Mammotome rotary resection in the treatment of palpation negative breast nodules.Method:From January 2018 to January 2020,50 patients with palpated negative breast nodules were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to surgical methods.The control group was treated with small incision traditional surgery,the observation group was treated with Mammotome rotary resection,and the operation indexes,satisfaction score,incidence of complication and excellent and good rate of breast shape half a year after operation were compared between the two groups.Result:The wound healing time and scar length in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Complications in the observation group included hematoma 1 case(4.00%),and in the control group in 7 cases(28.00%),including 2 cases of hematomas,3 cases of infections and 2 cases of pruritus,the incidence of complications in the control group was higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).Half a year after operation,the excellent and good rate of breast shape in the observation group was 88.24%,which was higher than 60.00%in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Mammotome rotary resection treated with palpation negative breast nodules is higher than that of small incision traditional surgery,with shorter incision healing time,fewer complications and better breast shape.
