摘  要:针对寒冷气候区与夏热冬冷气候区高铁客站,分析了812位旅客对室内物理环境因子的主观评价,基于KANO模型理论对问卷数据进行多元回归处理,从基本因素、绩效因素、激励因素角度,对影响旅客舒适感知的各向环境因子进行属性分类和评价。研究表明,室内温度与噪声的改善将大幅提高旅客的环境整体满意度,而在夏季,空气品质的优化改善将有利于寒冷气候区客站室内环境舒适度的提高。研究结论将为高铁客站室内环境设计与运行调控提供参考。This paper analyzes the subjective evaluation of 812 passengers on the indoor physical environment factors for high-speed railway passenger stations in cold climate areas and hot summer-cold winter climate areas.Based on the KANO model theory,the questionnaire data is subjected to multiple regression processing,from basic factors,performance factors,and motivation factors.From the perspective,attribute classification and evaluation of environmental factors affecting passengers’comfort perception.Studies have shown that the improvement of indoor temperature and noise will greatly increase the overall environmental satisfaction of passengers,while in summer,the optimization and improvement of air quality will help improve the indoor environment comfort of passenger stations in cold climate areas.The research conclusions will provide references for the indoor environment design and operation control of high-speed railway passenger stations.
