摘 要:改扩建项目静压预制桩施工存在紧邻老建筑、桩数量多、密度大、施工空间小、工期紧等难点,提出了一种静压预制管桩与静压锚杆桩组合施工方案,采用边桩与非边桩并行施工,满足了压桩工期要求。为减小挤土效应以及对老厂房的影响,采用距离老厂房由近到远逐排压桩的施工顺序,保证老厂房变形在可控范围内,取得了较好的实施效果,可为以后相关工程建设提供借鉴。The static pressure precast pile construction of the reconstruction project has difficulties such as close proximity to the old building,large number of piles,high density,small construction space,and tight construction period.The article proposes a combined construction plan of static pressure prefabricated pipe piles and static pressure anchor piles.The side piles and non-side piles are constructed in parallel,which meets the requirements of the construction period of pile pressing.In order to reduce the soil squeezing effect and the impact on the old factory building,the construction sequence of pressing piles from near to far away from the old factory building is adopted.This method ensures that the deformation of the old factory building is within the controllable range and has achieved good implementation results,which can provide reference for the construction of related projects in the future.
