摘 要:针对调蓄构筑物的工作特性,综合考虑峰谷分时电价和二级泵站优化调度,以系统年费用、供水可靠性及水质、环境影响为目标,以泵站供水能力、调蓄构筑物蓄水量与水位等为约束条件,建立多目标优化模型,制定不同的调蓄构筑物方案,并采用动态规划方法求解。结合实例计算结果表明,采用该模型可以合理确定城市给水系统调蓄构筑物规模,优化管网运行。Based on the operational characteristics of storage tank, considering the peak-valley time-of-use electricity price(TOU), as well as the optimal operation of secondary pumping station, a multi-objective optimization model was established with the objective of annual cost of the system, water supply reliability and quality, and environmental impact. The constraints included the water supply capacity of pump station, storage capacity and water level of storage tank. Different schemes of storage tank were worked out and solved by the dynamic programming method. The calculation results showed that the model could reasonably determine the scale of storage tank of water distribution system and optimize the operation of pipeline network.
