摘  要:凌庄水厂升级改造一期工程总规模为30×10^(4)m^(3)/d,净水工艺采用预臭氧接触池-机械混合池-上向流炭吸附脉冲澄清池-压力超滤系统,出厂水采用氯胺消毒。运行半年期间,脉冲澄清池上升流速为2.6~5.2 m/s,超滤运行膜通量为39.4 L(m^(2)·h),跨膜压差维持在25~85kPa之间。项目整体运行自动化程度高,系统出水水质稳定,浊度均在0.1 NTU以下,为超滤在国内大型水厂的应用提供了示范作用。The first phase of Lingzhuang Waterworks upgrading project has a scale of 30×10^(4)m^(3)/d,adopting the treatment process of ozonation contact reactor+mechanical mixing tank+upflow carbonadsorption pulse clarifier+pressure ultrafiltration(UF),and the treated water was disinfected bychloramine.During the half-year operation,the rising velocity of the pulse clarifier was 2.6~5.2 m/s,the UF membrane flux was 39.4 L(m^(2)-h),and the trans-membrane pressure difference(TMP)wasmaintained at 25~85 kPa.The overall operation of the project was highly automated,had stable qualityof the system effluent and turbidity below 0.1 NTU,which provided a demonstration for the application ofUF membrane in large domestic waterworks.
