摘  要:即将建设的4×10^(4)m^(3)/d的黄山市中心城区五水厂以丰乐水库为水源,采用重力流超滤膜工艺,跨膜压差为4 m。为了考察该净水工艺的适应性和可行性,以丰乐水库原水作为超滤系统进水开展中试研究,综合分析出水水质、回收率、能耗等。结果表明,中空纤维超滤膜适用于皖南山区水库水处理且经济可靠,原水温度在7~20℃变化时,跨膜压差的变化始终在正常值范围内,与设计值有较大的冗余空间;出水浊度保持在0.1 NTU左右,菌群总数稳定在10 CFU/100 mL以内,总大肠杆菌群始终均未检出;吨水电耗在0.01~0.02 kW·h/m^(3),较目前常见的带泵运行的浸没式超滤系统至少降低40%以上。The 5^(th) Waterworks in the center of Huangshan City,which will be constructed with 4×10^(4)m^(3)/d,takes Fengle Reservoir as the water source,and adopts the gravity flow ultrafiltration(UF)membrane process with transmembrane pressure(TMP)difference of 4 m.In order to investigate theadaptability and feasibility of the process,a pilot study was carried out with Fengle Reservoir raw water asthe influent of UF system,quality,recovery rate and energy consumption of the effluent were analyzedcomprehensively.Results showed that when the raw water temperature changed from 7℃to 20℃,theTMP was always in the normal range,which had a large redundancy with the design value.Turbidity ofthe effluent was kept at about 0.1 NTU,the total number of bacteria was stable within 10 CFU/100 mL,and the total E.coli was not detected all the time.The power consumption per ton of water is 0.01~0.02 kW·h/m^(3),and was at least 40%lower than that of the submerged UF system with pump.
