摘  要:目的:分析外源碳输入下冬季高山土壤微生物变化,旨在更全面的了解冬季高山土壤生态过程.方法:以青藏高原东部高山草甸为研究对象,探讨了冬季土壤微生物数量和活性对短期外源碳输入的响应机制.结果:短期外源碳输入显著增加了土壤微生物数量,真菌数量增长尤为明显,达到了对照的7.23~22.27倍.短期外源碳输入极显著地增加了纤维素酶和蔗糖酶活性,大量外源碳添加处理使纤维素酶活性比对照增加了59.13%~62.33%,蔗糖酶活性比对照增加了38.63%~169.23%,表明青藏高原东部冬季高寒土壤微生物的碳限制作用随着外源碳的输入而减轻或消除.冬季高山地区必须经历的冻融事件也对土壤微生物有明显影响.大幅度的冻结和融化温度变化显著降低了土壤蔗糖酶活性,而小幅度变温的冻融事件却显著增加了土壤真菌数量、过氧化氢酶和纤维素酶活性.结论:冬季高寒地区适度温和的冻融可能对微生物是有利的,并为进一步研究土壤养分转化过程和植物养分供应提供理论依据.Objective:In order to understand the ecological process of alpine soil more comprehensively,the changes of soil microbe under exogenous carbon input in winter were analyzed.Methods:The alpine meadow in the east of Qinghai Tibet Plateau was taken as the research object and the response mechanism of alpine soil microbe to short-term exogenous carbon input in winter was studied.Results:The short-term exogenous carbon input significantly increased the number of microorganisms,especially fungi,which reached 7.23~22.27 times of the control.Short-term exogenous carbon input significantly increased the activities of soil cellulase and sucrase.The cellulase activity increased by 59.13%~62.33%and sucrase activity by 38.63%~169.23%compared with the control.It indicated that the carbon limitation of alpine soil in eastern Qinghai Tibet Plateau in winter was reduced or eliminated with the input of exogenous carbon.The freezing and thawing events that must be experienced in the alpine region in winter also have significant effects on soil microorganisms.The results showed that the soil invertase activity was significantly decreased by the large-scale freezing and thawing,while the soil fungal number,catalase and cellulase activities were significantly increased by the freezing and thawing events with small temperature changes.Conclusions:Moderate and mild freezing and thawing in winter in alpine regions in winter may be beneficial to microorganisms,and it is helpful to further study the process of soil nutrient transformation and plant nutrient supply.
