摘  要:为探究条斑紫菜自由丝状体营养藻丝扩增的适宜光照条件,本研究以条斑紫菜新品种“苏通1号”自由丝状体营养藻丝为材料,研究不同光照强度(5,15,30,45,60,75μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1))对营养藻丝生长及生理特性的影响。结果显示,经25 d培养后,条斑紫菜自由丝状体营养藻丝在15μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)光照强度下生长较好,特定生长率可达3.68%-8.23%,藻体色泽呈暗黑色,藻丝粗壮且长,呈健康状态。藻体叶绿素a、藻红蛋白、藻蓝蛋白含量总体上随光照强度增加表现出先增加后降低趋势,其中在15μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)光照强度下含量最高;类胡萝卜素含量则在各组间差异不显著。藻体光系统PSⅡ最大量子效率F v/F m值在15μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)光照强度下最大,约为75μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)组的1.6倍。以上结果表明,15μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)光照强度最有利于条斑紫菜自由丝状体营养藻丝的快速生长。In order to explore the suitable light conditions for the amplification of free-living conchocelis of Pyropia yezoensis,the effects of varied light intensities(5,15,30,45,60 or 75μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1))using LED on the growth and physiological properties of Sutong No.1 were studied,which was a new cultivar of P.yezoensis.The results showed that after 25 d of culturing,under the condition of 15μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),the free-living conchocelis of P.yezoensis grew well,and the specific growth rate could reach 3.68%-8.23%.The algae color was dark black and conchocelis were thick and long,showing a healthy state.The contents of chlorophyll a,phycocyanin(PC)and phycoerythrin(PE)increased first and then decreased with the increase of light intensity,among which the content was the highest under the light intensity of 15μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1).The carotenoid content was not significantly different among groups.The maximum photon quantum yield of photosystemⅡ(F v/F m)was the highest under the light intensity of 15μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),which was about 1.6 times that of 75μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)group.In summary,15μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)light intensity was most conducive to the rapid proliferation of free-living conchoclis of P.yezoensis.
