摘 要:以多壁碳纳米管(MWCNT)为导电填料,聚乳酸(PLA)为基体,通过哈克转矩流变仪制备MWCNT/PLA导电高分子复合材料。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、广角X射线衍射仪(WAXD)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、数字高阻仪对复合材料的表面形貌、结晶和导电性能进行测试。结果表明,MWCNT/PLA复合材料的电导率随MWCNT含量的变化呈现典型的逾渗行为,逾渗阈值(P_(c))为0.69%;退火处理后,MWCNT/PLA复合材料的P_(c)为0.53%,相比于未退火MWCNT/PLA复合材料降低了23%。MWCNT能够诱导PLA结晶,且对晶型无影响;MWCNT含量为0.3%~1.0%的MWCNT/PLA复合材料对退火的响应程度较大,此时晶体排斥效应明显,导电性能变化最大。Taking multi-wall carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)as conductive fillers,polylactic acid(PLA)as matrix,a series of MWCNTs/PLA conductive polymer composite materials were prepared by Haake torque rheometer.The surface and interface morphology,crystallization and conductivity of the composites were tested by scanning electron microscope(SEM),wide angle X-ray diffractometer(WAXD),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and digital high resistance meter.The results show that electrical conductivity of MWCNTs/PLA composites shows typical percolation behavior with the change of contents of MWCNTs,and the percolation threshold(P_(c))is 0.69%.After annealing,the P_(c)of MWCNTs/PLA composite is 0.53%,which is 23%lower than that of unannealed MWCNTs/PLA composite.MWCNTs can induce PLA crystallization without affecting the crystal form.When MWCNTs content is 0.3%~1.0%,MWCNTs/PLA composites have a distinct response for annealing,and the crystal repelling effect and conductivity change are obvious.
