摘 要:为提高环氧堵剂在油气田堵水中的堵漏效果,以双酚F型环氧树脂为基体、木粉为填充料、酚醛树脂-2(FN2)为交联剂、1-苄基-2-甲基咪唑(BMI)作为促进剂制得一种高效廉价的木粉复合环氧树脂堵水剂。研究了化学接枝改性木粉对环氧复合堵剂的黏度、固化时间、微观形貌和力学性能的影响。结果表明,5%和10%添加量的改性木粉/环氧树脂复合堵剂在50℃时黏度接近50 mPa·s,满足深井连续油管泵送要求。改性后的木粉在环氧树脂中分散情况优于未改性木粉,且其复合堵剂的力学性能显著提升,在降低成本的同时完全满足油气田堵水剂的使用要求。In order to improve the water plugging effect of epoxy resin in oil and gas fields,an efficient and cheap epoxy resin composite was prepared by using bisphenol F epoxy resin as the matrix,wood powder as the filler,phenolic resin 2(FN2)as the crosslinking agent and 1-benzyl-2-methylimidazole(BMI)as the accelerator.The effect of chemically modified wood powder on the viscosity,curing time,microscopic morphology and mechanical properties of epoxy resin plugging agent was studied.The result shows that the viscosity of epoxy resin plugging agent with 5%and 10%modified wood powder is close to 50 mPa·s,which meets the requirement of continuous tubing transportation in deep well.The dispersion of modified wood powder in epoxy resin is better than that of unmodified wood powder,and the mechanical property of the epoxy resin plugging agent is significantly increased,which fully meets the requirement of water plugging agent in oil and gas fields with low costs.
