摘　　要：双氰胺氰尿酸盐(DICY-CA)被作为阻燃剂主成分之一引入聚丙烯(PP)树脂中。表征了阻燃PP材料的氧指数、垂直燃烧级别及锥形量热参数。以阻燃剂和树脂总量100份计算,当DICY-CA与焦磷酸哌嗪(PiPP)以质量比1∶2复配,总添加量24份时,PP材料可获得V-0的阻燃效果,而且有利于火灾逃生。Dicyanodiamide cyanurate(DICY-CA)was used in polypropylene(PP)as main component of flame retardant.The oxygen index,vertical combustion level and conical calorimetric parameters of flame retardant PP were characterized.Based on the total amount of flame retardants and resin 100 parts,when the mass ration of DICY-CA and piperazine pyrophosphate(PiPP)is 1∶2,the total amount is 24 parts,PP material could obtain V-0 flame retardant effect,and it is conducive to fire escape.
