摘　　要：实验室安全管理是保证科学研究顺利进行的首要工作。本文针对地方高校科研实验室存在的人员安全意识薄弱、管理机制不健全、硬件条件差等问题,提出应不定期组织安全培训,严格准入制度,完善安全管理机制,强化制度管理,重视培养安全专业人员,加强硬件建设等建议,希望能为科学研究工作的顺利开展和实验室的有效运行提供帮助。Laboratory safety management is the first work to ensure the smooth progress of scientific research.This paper focuses on the problems existing in the scientific research laboratories of local universities,such as weak safety awareness,imperfect management mechanism and poor hardware conditions,and puts forward some suggestions,such as irregular organization of safety training,strict access system,improvement of safety management mechanism,strengthening of system management,paying attention to training of safety professionals and strengthening hardware construction.I hope they can provide help for the smooth development of scientific research and the effective operation of the laboratory.
