在坎地沙坦与贝那普利治疗CCHF的效果及对神经内分泌激素活性的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨坎地沙坦与贝那普利治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭(CCHF)的效果及对神经内分泌激素活性的影响。方法:随机选取我院2019年4月~2019年12月期间接受的CCHF患者58例,分为实验组、对照组,评估临床疗效及神经内分泌激素活性的影响。结果:治疗后,实验组的LVEDD与对照组相比,明显更低(P<0.05);实验组的LVEF与对照组相比,明显更高(P<0.05);实验组的AngⅡ、ALD、BNP与对照组相比,明显更低(P<0.05)。结论:坎地沙坦与贝那普利治疗CCHF的效果确切,可显著改善患者心功能,降低神经内分泌激素活性。Objective:To investigate the effect of candesartan and Benapril on chronic congestive heart failure(CCHF)and its effect on neuroendocrine hormone activity.Methods:58 patients with CCHF received in our hospital from April 2019 to December 2019 were randomly selected and divided into experimental group and control group to evaluate the clinical efficacy and the influence of neuroendocrine hormone activity.Results:After treatment,LVEDD in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).LVEF in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The experimental AngⅡ,ALD,BNP compared with control group,significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Candesartan and Benazepril are effective in the treatment of CCHF,which can significantly improve cardiac function and reduce the activity of neuroendocrine hormone.
