摘　　要：本文选用2001-2018年全国各省份的数据,构建PVAR蔬菜生产成本、蔬菜产量以及蔬菜的需求量等与蔬菜价格的相互影响。研究结果表明,价格发挥着重要的调节作用,但蔬菜价格并没有随着产量的提升而下降,因此应持续完善保障机制,让价格充分发挥调节作用,同时降低物流、储藏等成本,从而缩减居民获取蔬菜的总成本。This article uses data from various provinces in the country from 2001 to 2018 to construct a PVAR model to explain the interaction between vegetable production costs,vegetable output,vegetable demand and vegetable prices.The results show that price plays an important regulatory role,but the price of vegetables does not decline with the increase of output.Therefore,we should continue to improve the security mechanism,let the price play a regulatory role,and reduce the cost of logistics and storage,so as to reduce the total cost of residents to obtain vegetables.
