摘　　要：票号是我国金融史上特有的金融机构,由晋商所创。晋商遍布我国大江南北的商业体系,人们对资金汇兑的需求是票号产生的直接原因。晋商票号首创汇兑制度,使中国的货币清算发生了深刻变化,在运营上出现了类似很多现代企业制度的创新,在我国金融发展史上具有里程碑意义。Exchange shop,created by Shanxi Merchants,is a kind of unique fi nancial institution on China’s fi nancial history.Shanxi Merchants are all over the commercial system of our country,and the demand for capital exchange is the direct reason for the emergence of the bank.The system of capital exchange,pioneered by Shanxi Merchants’Exchange Shops,which makes China’s currency clearing deeply change and in the meantime generates a lot of innovation similar to modern corporate system serves as a milestone in the fi nancial history of China.
