色母粒稀释对聚酰胺色丝着色均匀性的影响

摘　　要：为了消除低母粒含量聚酰胺色纺中产生的条纹色差,将TJ紫色母粒与聚酰胺切片按1∶3混合后熔融铸带切粒,再按原来的丝条色质量分数(0.5%)纺丝,将其与未稀释的对照组对比,发现经熔融稀释后,色差基本消除,表明较高的色母粒加入量可显著提高着色均匀性。To eliminate the stripe chromatic aberration of low content mater-bathes polyamide,the TJ purple mater-bathes is mixed with the polyamide chip in proportion 1∶3 and is extruded and cut to dyed chip.Then it is mixed with chip and spinned to fiber in the original color content(0.5%)and compaired with the un-diluting control group.After the dilution,the stripe chromatic aberration disappear.It is proved that high add amount of mater-bathes will enhance the uniformity of the dyeing uniformity.
