高校图书馆应对突发公共安全事件的远程服务模式探析

摘　　要：文章探究应对突发公共安全事件的远程服务模式对高校图书馆应急资源建设具有的现实指导意义,对电子资源购置经费排名前十位的国内高校图书馆远程服务模式进行网络调研,认为高校图书馆在保障远程服务中具有全覆盖性、服务及时性与易用性、资源广泛性和稳定性等特点,高校图书馆应急资源建设应融入到日常资源建设中,设立并逐步完善应急资源导航,加强对于OA资源的建设,加强应对突发公共安全事件馆员素质的培养。This paper explores the practical guiding significance of the remote service mode to deal with public security emergencies for the construction of emergency resources in university libraries,and conducts network research on the remote service mode of university libraries in China,which ranks the top ten in the purchase cost of electronic resources.It is believed that university libraries have full coverage,timeliness and ease of use,and universality of resources in the remote service guarantee service.The emergency resource construction of university library should be integrated into the daily resource construction,establish and gradually improve the emergency resource navigation,strengthen the construction of OA resources,and strengthen the cultivation of librarians’quality to deal with public security emergencies.
